Bio:
James Etheridge is a VRS Workforce Manager at Asign.
James was raised in Maryland where he enrolled and graduated from Maryland School for the Deaf.. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master's in Sign language Education at Gallaudet University. He was an ASL instructor at Toronto Metropolitan University and he was also adjunct professor at George Brown College’s Honours Bachelor of Interpretation (ASL-English) Program.
James was a professor in employment pathways in Deaf Empowerment at Mohawk College. He taught learners in the employment field for supporting clients, going through the process from resume building to obtain jobs.
He currently lives in Milton, Ontario, with a family of six. His oldest daughter graduated from her high school, and his second daughter and third son are home-schooled. They both are neurodivergent, and our last son is only four years old and just started first-year kindergarten. He enjoys brewing a beer, BBQ, and taking dogs for a walk, and talking about cars.

James Etheridge est responsable du personnel du SRV chez Asign.
James a grandi dans le Maryland, où il s'est inscrit à la Maryland School for the Deaf et en est sorti diplômé. Il obtient un baccalauréat en administration des affaires et une maîtrise en enseignement de la langue des signes à l'Université Gallaudet. Il a enseigné l'ASL à l'Université métropolitaine de Toronto et a également été professeur auxiliaire au programme de baccalauréat spécialisé en interprétation (ASL-anglais) du George Brown College.
James était professeur de parcours d'emploi dans le cadre de l'autonomisation des Sourds au Mohawk College. Il a enseigné aux élèves dans le domaine de l'emploi pour soutenir les clients, en passant par le processus d'élaboration d'un CV pour obtenir des emplois.
Il vit actuellement à Milton, en Ontario, avec une famille de six personnes. Sa fille aînée a obtenu son diplôme d'étude secondaire, tandis que sa deuxième fille et son troisième fils sont scolarisés à domicile. Ils sont tous deux neurodivergents, et notre dernier fils n'a que quatre ans et vient d'entrer en maternelle. Il aime brasser une bière, faire un barbecue, promener les chiens et parler de voitures.
